Job Description Job Title: Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician\n Location: Lakeside Salary: £24 per hour \n Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Night Shifts About the Role\n Our client is a well-established automotive business with a busy bodyshop in Lakeside, and they are currently looking for an experienced Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join their growing team. \n This role is ideal for a versatile technician with experience across multiple areas of vehicle accident repair, including MET, panel repair, stripping and refitting, and general bodyshop work . \n This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking for competitive hourly rates, consistent night shifts and long-term career stability within a professional bodyshop environment. Key Responsibilities\n \n \n Carry out a variety of vehicle bodyshop repairs across multiple disciplines \n \n Complete MET work, including removal and refitting of mechanical and electrical components \n \n Carry out panel repairs and general bodywork \n \n Strip and refit vehicles in preparation for repairs \n \n Assess vehicle damage and determine the appropriate repair method \n \n Carry out welding and structural repairs where required \n \n Work closely with Panel, MET and Paint Technicians throughout the repair process \n \n Ensure all repairs are completed safely and to a high standard \n \n Complete repairs in line with manufacturer and industry standards \n \n Accurately complete job cards and repair documentation \n Requirements\n \n \n Proven experience as a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician / MET Technician / Panel Technician \n \n Experience across multiple areas of vehicle accident repair \n \n Strong MET, stripping/refitting and body repair skills \n \n Previous experience working within a busy bodyshop environment \n \n Good understanding of vehicle repair methods and processes \n \n Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality \n \n Ability to work independently and as part of a team \n \n Relevant automotive/bodyshop qualifications are preferred \n \n Full UK Driving Licence \n Whats on Offer\n \n \n £24 per hour \n \n Night shift working \n \n Full-time, permanent position \n \n Ongoing training and development \n \n Modern bodyshop facilities and equipment \n \n Stable, long-term opportunity \n \n Career progression within an established automotive business \n \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
