Job Description Electrical Site Supervisors – Minor Works & Civils \n We are currently looking for two experienced Electrical Site Supervisors to join our Minor Works and Civils team. \n This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused, hands-on electrical professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and has previous experience supervising electrical installation teams. \n You will play a key role in leading site teams, coordinating works and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and right first time. \n The Role \n • Supervise electrical installation teams and subcontractors on site \n • Coordinate labour, materials and equipment to support project delivery \n • Plan and coordinate electrical works in line with project programmes \n • Carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet specifications and regulations \n • Promote a strong health & safety culture through toolbox talks and site controls \n • Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams \n • Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges on site \n • Ensure electrical works are completed to a high standard and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications \n • Liaise with the Project Manager, clients, contractors and other site teams \n • Monitor progress and provide regular updates on site activities \n Requirements \n • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Foreman \n • Strong electrical installation knowledge and experience \n • Previous experience supervising electrical teams and subcontractors \n • Good understanding of BS 7671 / 18th Edition Wiring Regulations \n • Electrical trade qualification such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent \n • Strong health & safety awareness \n • SSSTS or SMSTS would be advantageous \n • CSCS or relevant site qualifications \n • Excellent communication and leadership skills \n • Proactive approach to problem solving \n • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team \n The Ideal Candidate \n We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and confident leading teams on site. \n You will have strong electrical knowledge, previous supervisory experience and the ability to make decisions and resolve issues in a fast-moving project environment. \n The position will be based within the Maidstone team, with projects across various sites. \n What's on Offer \n • Full-time, permanent PAYE position \n • Competitive rate \n • Maidstone-based team \n • Varied projects across Minor Works and Civils \n • Opportunity to play a key role within a growing team \n • Strong focus on safety, quality and delivering projects right first time \n If you are an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor looking for a permanent opportunity and would like to find out more, please get in touch. \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
