We have a new opportunity for a BMS Account Manager based in the London area. Our client is an established, medium-sized company that specialises in BMS systems, with most of their work focused within London. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for clients discussing issues, managing accounts, and identifying potential improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee several key accounts, providing attention and solutions that are tailored to meet the client's needs.
  • Business growth with existing and new contracts and clients.
  • To schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss ongoing contracts, as well as exploring new opportunities.
  • To gain a good understanding of the clients' objectives for their contracts and buildings.
  • To develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for upgrades and enhancements.
