Job Description
H&P Executive Search has been mandated by a UK based mid-market private equity firm, to appoint a Value Creation Professional to join their growing London team.
This is an opportunity for a corporate strategy professional with prior management consulting experience to embed directly with deal teams and drive measurable growth, operational improvement, and commercial acceleration to portfolio companies
About the Role
You’ll be a part of the value creation team supporting deals from pre-investment diligence all the way through to post-close execution. You’ll work closely with deal teams, portfolio company executives and External advisors to coordinate:
- Commercial due diligence & market deep dives
- Go-to-market & sales excellence strategy
- Pricing, segmentation, and geographic expansion
- Post-close 100-day plans & board-level growth initiatives
- Operational improvement, integration, and KPI tracking
- Developing repeatable playbooks & internal best practices
What You Bring
- 6–8+ years of experience in total across consulting and corporate strategy
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth initiatives
- Exposure to B2B software, industrial tech, or tech-enabled businesses
- Strong project management skills across functions and sectors
- Comfortable moving between boardroom strategy and on-the-ground execution
- Experience in energy transition, digital infrastructure, or industrial tech is a plus
