Key Responsibilities:
- Underwriting & Investment Analysis: Conduct financial modelling, risk assessment, and due diligence on venture debt and growth credit opportunities.
- Deal Structuring & Execution: Assist in structuring and negotiating financing solutions to support high-growth companies.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze existing investments, ensuring proactive risk management and value creation.
- Market Research & Origination: Stay informed on industry trends, emerging companies, and market dynamics to identify investment opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders to drive successful investment outcomes.
Qualifications:
