H&P Executive Search partners with leading international organisations, including Magic Circle law firms, global investment banks, and high-growth technology businesses across the UK, US, and Europe. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our internal recruitment team. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent into H&P, from graduate-level hires through to experienced recruiters. This opportunity would suit someone with approximately 1 year of agency recruitment experience who enjoys candidate engagement, interviewing, and talent attraction, and is looking to develop their career within an internal recruitment function.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for internal hires across the business.
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Conducting initial screening calls and competency-based interviews.
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinating interviews and providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Building talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment reporting.
