A global brokerage and financial markets firm is seeking a Legal Counsel (Derivatives/Commercial) to join its London team. This role supports businesses across Europe, the Middle East and APAC, including agency brokerage, prime services, and trading technology.
You will draft, review and negotiate a broad range of trading and derivatives documentation, including:
- ISDAs (FX, equity swaps)
- Prime Brokerage agreements
- GMSLA / GMRAs
- Cleared derivatives agreements
- FX give-up agreements
- Account control & security documentation
- General commercial contracts and NDAs
You will also provide practical legal advice to the business, collaborate with multiple global stakeholders, and ensure regulatory alignment.
