What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in an agency, 360 recruitment capacity focusing on either financial services or legal
- Demonstrated success in client relationship management
- Experienced in utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media and networking events
- Highly motivated, ambitious and willing to succeed
- Capacity to maintain high standards while thriving in a fast-paced setting
- Effective time management and organizational skills
