H&P is working with an established Private Equity Growth Firm focusing on mid and upper-market technology investments across Europe and looking for a Dutch Associate to join its growing London Team.
Role Overview:
- Source and identify potential investment opportunities.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment, for prospective deals.
- Assist in executing investments, including negotiations, term sheet structuring, and deal-closing processes.
- Support portfolio companies post-investment with strategic advice, operational assistance, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
- Strictly 2-4 years of experience in Tier 1 investment banking or mid-market private equity (excluding internships).
