Location: 5 days/week in our London, Liverpool Street office

Looking for autonomy, uncapped earnings, and fast-track career progression in a truly meritocratic environment? This is a sales-focused role covering the full headhunting lifecycle: business development, client relationship management, deal origination, and execution.

H&P works with leading international clients, including Magic Circle law firms, top-tier investment banks, and Private Equity firms across the UK, US, and Europe.

  • Exceptional earning potential – £27,000 basic + £40,000–£60,000 OTE in Year 1, £80,000+ in Year 2, £150,000+ in Year 3

Engaging and building relationships with passive candidates

Conducting detailed market mapping and research to identify senior talent
