The Role

Our client is hiring its first dedicated Resource Manager, a newly created role designed to bring structure, visibility, and forward planning to how consulting and production resource is deployed globally. You will own resourcing from approved estimate through delivery and WIP close, ensuring internal teams are fully utilised before external support is engaged, and that projects are appropriately staffed, monitored, and commercially controlled. This is a blank-slate role, with ownership of resourcing processes built in Paprika.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own global resource planning and capacity management across all business units
  • Maintain short-term (6-week) and medium-term (up to 3-month) resource visibility
  • Allocate internal retained resource before engaging freelancers or external support
  • Partner with Project Managers on timelines and resourcing once projects are approved
  • Monitor projects for stalls, overruns, or capacity pressure and escalate early
  • Act as owner of resourcing in Paprika, ensuring accurate data, utilisation, and reporting
  • Work closely with Commercial Finance on utilisation, recovery, and capacity reporting
  • Support cross-regional resourcing, including redeployment between Europe and the US

Experience Required

  • Agency-side experience in advertising, production, or marketing services
  • Background in traffic, resourcing, or production operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Paprika (resourcing module preferred)
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in an independent or fast-moving agency environment is a plus.

Why Join?

  • First resourcing hire with real ownership and influence
  • PE-backed business with global growth plans
  • Exposure to multi-regional teams and complex delivery
  • Clear long-term progression as the business scales
