H&P Executive Search has been mandated by a leading Private Equity fund to appoint a Director of Strategy for its portfolio company. This is a rare chance to join a high-performing management team that has quadrupled EBITDA and made 5+ bolt-on acquisitions within the last 24 months.
About the Role
You’ll act as the CEO’s internal strategy partner, owning strategic insight across departments, surfacing business-critical intelligence, and solving high-impact, cross-functional problems.
Key projects will include:
- Regional and market performance analysis
- Margin and pricing strategy
- M&A support (fit, integration planning, margin potential)
- Transformation and digitisation initiatives
- Route-to-market, contract renewal analysis, bidding insight
- Building the strategic backbone: dashboards, KPIs, frameworks
What You Bring
- 6 – 10 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, M&A, or corporate development
- PE-backed business experience or exposure to board-level decision-making
- Experience with cross-functional problem solving in a high-growth environment
