Our client is seeking a highly versatile, well-rounded legal generalist who can:

  • Support across commercial law, corporate law, and M&A, among other areas
  • Act as a trusted adviser to the business, wearing multiple hats as required
  • Lead and conduct contract negotiations independently, on behalf of the company
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Provide experience in the Construction sector (ideal but not mandatory)
