Our client is seeking a highly versatile, well-rounded legal generalist who can:
- Support across commercial law, corporate law, and M&A, among other areas
- Act as a trusted adviser to the business, wearing multiple hats as required
- Lead and conduct contract negotiations independently, on behalf of the company
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
- Provide experience in the Construction sector (ideal but not mandatory)
