This is a sales-focused role covering the full headhunting lifecycle: business development, client relationship management, deal origination, and execution. You’ll quickly take ownership of client relationships and develop your own profit streams. Relocation and international travel opportunities Exceptional training delivered by our experienced Learning & Development team at every stage of your career Monthly performance incentives and annual luxury holiday incentives Key Responsibilities Supporting live executive search mandates across senior leadership hires Engaging and building relationships with passive candidates Conducting detailed market mapping and research to identify senior talent Supporting business development activity across existing and new client accounts Assisting in negotiation and end-to-end deal management Participating in client presentations, pitches, and candidate interviews Developing strong market knowledge to engage senior stakeholders confidently Learning how to originate and convert high-value mandates What we are looking for 2:1 or above at bachelor’s level is preferred but not essential Ambition, drive and entrepreneurial flair Time management, efficiency and exceptional work ethic Strong communicative ability with an aptitude for sales processes Sales / Business development / Marketing / consulting experience is advantageous, but not essential Commercial awareness and a high level of EQ and IQ Progressive and career minded A personality that thrives on meritocracy and an autonomous environment Competitive mentality with a proven track record, either from sporting or educational background.
