We’re looking for a skilled B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join one of the UK’s leading independent aviation maintenance providers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring aircraft safety, reliability, and on-time delivery — keeping our customers flying with confidence.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Certify and perform base maintenance tasks to approved standards and regulations
- Supervise maintenance teams and allocate work efficiently
- Ensure all maintenance is completed, recorded, and released to service correctly
- Support Quality and Safety functions by maintaining compliance and upholding a Just Culture
- Prepare and review work packages, ensuring accuracy and full documentation
- Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
🎓 What You Bring:
- Valid UK CAA Part-66 B1 Licence
- Type ratings on Boeing 737NG and/or Airbus A320 (CEO) preferred
- Proven supervisory experience in base maintenance
- Solid knowledge of CAMO processes and maintenance data
- Current HF, EWIS, and SFAR88 qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
