We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support revenue growth and strengthen client relationships at HP Events Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into long- term business. This full-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and expand the client base.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify new leads and turn them into long-term business relationships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- New Business Development: Pursue opportunities in new markets, including partnerships, sponsorships, and corporate deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and service delivery.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare tailored proposals and conduct persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate sales activity records through the company’s CRM tools.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably within the events or entertainment sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
