HP Contracts are based in Chandlers Ford and following a commercial re-evaluation the company are looking to recruit an experienced and capable office-based Administrator to support the team in the administrative requirements of their projects and maintenance of the Company social media presence.
The successful candidate will ideally be familiar with the industry since this position would suit an experienced and capable individual with excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
The work will include:
- Basic office duties (e.g. Telephone, post, correspondence, filing, ordering site welfare and uniforms, office stationery, arranging training courses and kitchen supplies)
- Making price enquiries, placing orders, chasing in responses and site reports
- Collating site files & manuals
- Updating our social media with news posts and helping produce case studies for our website
- General administrative requirements to support the management team
Computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with a flexible attitude and organised and methodical approach to work.
Hours: Monday β Friday 8.30am β 5pm
Salary is negotiable, subject to experience.
