Responsibilities
- Manage and validate shipments in conjunction with the transport manager
- Carry out daily and weekly reporting (statistics, dashboard management, etc.)
- Detect malfunctions, propose and implement necessary action plans
- Coordinate requests of the Sales Department with warehouse management (prioritize, challenger, …)
- Manage customer penalties: analyze and respond on customer portals
- Animate transport and logistics non‑quality internally according to penalties
- Participate in customer meetings
- Hierarchically manage all logistics operators
- Guarantee the shipment of customer orders in compliance with deadlines and various customer particularities
- Manage stock and take inventories if necessary
- Manage Customer QM Reviews
- Charter orders and manage the means to be reserved
- Handle daily operations: notify suffering, follow‑up delivery, etc.

Education and Experience
No diploma necessary but one year\’s experience in an equivalent profession.

- Keep abreast of the requirements related to its activity in terms of quality, safety and environment (QSE)
- Report information to the manager in the event of a malfunction or deviation observed
- Maintain the equipment made available to them in a state of compliance and cleanliness
- Use quality documents for their service
- Contribute to continuous improvement in QSE
- Depending on their responsibilities, ensure the clear and precise communication of all customer requirements within the company
- Respect the wearing of the Personal Protective Equipment indicated on the workstation
- High level of SAP experience in live and test environments and general WMS systems
- Knowledge of PowerBi advantageous
