Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling:
  • Order Scheduling Management
  • Manage and validate shipments in conjunction with the transport manager
  • Carry out daily and weekly reporting (statistics, dashboard management, etc.)
  • Detect malfunctions, propose and implement the necessary action plans
  • Sales and Sales Coordination:
    • Coordinate the requests of the Sales Department with the warehouse management (prioritise, challenge, ...)
    • Manage customer penalties: analyse, respond on customer portals
    • Animate transport and logistics non-quality internally according to penalties
    • Participate in customer meetings
  • Back Up Senior Team Leader:
    • Hierarchically manage all logistics operators. Guarantee the shipment of customer orders in compliance with deadlines and various customer particularities
  • Back Up Stock Controller:
    • Manage stock and take inventories if necessary
    • Manage Customer QM Reviews
  • Transport Senior Team Leader Back Up:
    • Chartering of orders and management of the means to be reserved
  • Daily operation:
    • Notification of suffering, follow-up delivery, etc.

    Person Profile:

    • Attention to detail
    • Dynamic and rigorous to continually improve the work environment
    • Good organisational skills and self-discipline
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Education and/or Experience:

    • No diploma necessary but one year's experience in an equivalent profession

    In addition to their commitment to comply with the internal regulations, safety instructions, and the provisions of mandatory signage, the employee must:

    • Keep abreast of the requirements related to its activity in terms of quality, safety and environment (QSE);
    • Report information to your manager in the event of a malfunction or deviation observed;
    • Maintain the equipment made available to them in a state of compliance and cleanliness;
    • Use quality documents for their service;
    • Contribute to continuous improvement in QSE;
    • Depending on his/her responsibilities, ensure the clear and precise communication of all customer requirements within the company;
    • Respect the wearing of the Personal Protective Equipment indicated on the workstation.

    High level of SAP experience in live and test environment and general WMS systems. Knowledge of PowerBi advantageous.
