Hozah is seeking a hands-on TechOps lead to blend people management with engineering. You’ll lead a small team of TechOps engineers, run 1:1s, set standards, KPIs and coach the desk, while spending half the time hands-on diagnosing and resolving site issues across cameras, kiosks and backend systems.
You’ll query databases with SQL, test APIs, analyze logs, and improve monitoring to catch degradation early.
