Hozah is seeking a senior recruiter to own the entire recruitment function, partnering with the CEO and Head of People. You will define vacancies, source top talent, screen, interview, and manage offers. You’ll build a scalable recruitment function to support rapid growth from ~50 to 100–150 staff.
You will own platforms, processes, and data, ensuring a fast, fair, and high-quality candidate experience that aligns with Hozah's culture and standards.
