What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end sales execution for utility-scale and C&I projects, driving pipeline growth and delivering profitable, scalable solutions.
- Identify and qualify high-potential ESS opportunities through market intelligence, customer insights, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, project developers, EPCs, and relevant government bodies to secure long-term partnerships.
- Own complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and risk allocation, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions in a competitive landscape.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, or power electronics, with exposure to utility-scale and/or C&I projects.
- Proven capability in project-based sales, including pipeline development, bidding, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Strong understanding of EPC models, commercial structures, and pricing mechanisms in the Indian renewable energy market.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead commercial negotiations independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset; willing to travel as required.
