Responsibilities
- Responsible for the introduction of all new products to the customer and to the company liaising with production, sales, customer accounts, key accounts etc.
- Project Management to include:
- Set up Product Launch Plan for new product and arrange product launch teams and weekly meetings
- Confirmation/check of NPI's
- Competitor comparison completed
- Pricing proposal for new product
- Liaising with IT with regards to the set-up of new product on the system
- Liaising with Logistics regarding forecasting and stock levels
- Liaising with production and coordinating any relevant product testing
- Preparation of technical training materials for internal training
- Technical input into Compelling Argument for product
- Input into Marketing Material for marketing and sales tools purposes
- Liaison with Global Product team as required
- Keeping Product Launch Plan up to date and on schedule and feeding progress back through commercial meetings
- Post launch Feedback on initial sales versus sales targets
