About the Role

This is a challenging and highly demanding position that requires exceptional resilience and a strong work ethic. The Trainee Wealth Manager role begins with learning how to generate activity and create inbound and outbound leads within the specific areas of financial planning Hoxton specializes in. It is not for the faint‑hearted and requires unwavering commitment. Candidates must be prepared for a phone‑based role securing at least one booking per day as a non‑negotiable minimum standard. Throughout the role, you will be exposed to various facets of the wealth management industry, including investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, and technical advice. There are performance‑based monthly incentives for those who consistently deliver results. This role begins as a trainee position with a 24‑36 month training program, including obtaining UK financial qualifications to prepare you for a financial advisory role in one of our global offices. Additional qualifications may be required depending on your chosen region. The program starts with relocation to our Dubai office, where you will receive mentorship and hands‑on experience.

Salary and Progression

This is a structured three‑year program with clear milestones and incentives:

    Salary: 9,000 AED per month
    Benefits: Visa and medical provided upon relocation to Dubai.
  • Year Two
    Salary: 10,000 AED per month
    Commission: 10% gross commission on £100,000+ (rolling 12 months)
    Benefits: Visa and medical provided in Dubai.
  • Year Three
    Salary: 11,000 AED per month
    Commission: 10% gross commission on £100,000+ (rolling 12 months)
    Benefits: Visa and medical provided in Dubai.

Performance Expectations

To succeed, candidates must consistently meet these minimum weekly standards:

  • 5 hours of talk time
  • Three-Month UK Training Program
  • Six Months Year One
  • Year Two
  • Year Three

Upon completion of this program, successful candidates will transition to a Pathway Financial Planner role, a salaried advisory position with comprehensive training for seamless advancement into financial advice.
