Location: Dubai (relocation required). This is a high‑performance career launchpad into international wealth management. As a Trainee Wealth Manager, you will start by mastering one of the most valuable skills in finance: generating opportunity. You will learn how to build relationships, create deal flow and develop a pipeline of high‑value clients across Hoxton's specialist areas.
This hands‑on role rewards performance. Start your journey in Dubai, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment, while completing a structured 24–36 month training programme that includes earning UK‑recognised financial qualifications.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their current financial situation, goals, and challenges
- Having meaningful conversations to identify whether Hoxton's services can add value
- Booking qualified meetings for senior advisors based on genuine client needs and suitability
- Building trust and long‑term relationships through professional, insightful communication
- Developing your knowledge of financial planning, investment solutions, and cross‑border structuring
- Supporting advisors in delivering tailored strategies aligned to each client's objectives
- Working towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner
This target‑driven role requires securing at least one qualified meeting per day as a minimum standard.

- Year 1: Salary: 9,000 AED/month, Commission: 5% up to £100k, 10% above (rolling 12 months), Benefits: Visa + medical insurance
- Year 2: Salary: 10,000 AED/month, Commission: 10% above £100k, Benefits: Visa + medical insurance
- Year 3: Salary: 11,000 AED/month, Commission: 10% above £100k, Benefits: Visa + medical insurance
Performance Benchmarks:
- 5+ hours talk time per week
- 5+ booked meetings
- 3+ completed meetings
Progression Targets:
- 3 months: £1M AUM / 4 clients
- 6 months: £3M AUM / 6 clients / £40k revenue
- Year 1: £6M AUM / 16 clients / £100k revenue
- Year 2: £6M AUM / 25 clients / £200k revenue
- Year 3: £7.5M AUM / 30 clients / £250k revenue
Career Path: Successful completion of the programme leads to a Pathway Financial Planner role, a fully salaried advisory position with continued support as you transition into managing your own clients.
