Role Overview

We are hiring 2x recruiters in London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester to expand our UK presence. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding financial advisors with transferable AUM. This is a target-driven role where integrity, accountability, and results matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand a network of financial advisors across the UK.
  • Represent Hoxton Wealth at regular networking events.
  • Execute a structured plan of action and deliver measurable results.
  • Source and recruit advisors with transferable client assets.
  • Maintain an accurate and organised pipeline in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with our global recruitment and leadership teams.
  • Report regularly on progress against AUM growth targets.
  • Targets confident attending and hosting industry events.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and organised, with a clear plan of action.
  • Direct communicator open to giving and receiving honest feedback.
  • Able to work both independently and within a global team structure.
  • Professional, transparent, and results-focused, with no ego.
  • Committed to a long-term career in financial services recruitment.
