About the Opportunity

Location: Dubai (relocation required) work at the centre of a global business in one of the world's most dynamic financial hubs. This is not your typical graduate role; it is a high‑performance career launchpad into international wealth management and it is not for everyone. As a Trainee Wealth Manager, you will start by mastering one of the most valuable skills in finance: generating opportunity. This is a hands‑on role where performance drives progression. You will begin your journey in Dubai, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment, while completing a structured 24–36 month training programme. This includes earning UK‑recognised financial qualifications and preparing to step into a fully‑fledged advisory role within one of our global offices. For the right person, this role offers rapid career acceleration, international mobility and uncapped earning potential.

  • Developing your knowledge of financial planning, investment solutions, and cross‑border structuring
  • Supporting advisors in delivering tailored strategies aligned to each client's objectives
  • Working towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner

This is a target‑driven role where consistency is key; you will be expected to secure at least one qualified meeting per day as a minimum standard.
