The Trainee Wealth Manager role begins with learning how to generate activity and create inbound and outbound leads within the specific areas of financial planning Hoxton specializes in. It is not for the faint-hearted and requires unwavering commitment. Candidates must be prepared for a phone-based role securing at least one booking per day as a non-negotiable minimum standard. Throughout the role, you will be exposed to various facets of the wealth management industry, including investment management, paraplanning, client servicing, and technical advice. There are performance-based monthly incentives for those who consistently deliver results. This role begins as a trainee position with a 24-36 month training program, including obtaining UK financial qualifications to prepare you for a financial advisory role in one of our global offices. Additional qualifications may be required depending on your chosen region. The program starts with relocation to our Dubai office, where you will receive mentorship and hands-on experience.
