Job Summary
Hoxton WM is a global wealth management company, regulated in almost all of the key financial markets around the world.
The company has grown significantly in recent years, and that growth has led to new planner opportunities in the Partner Buyout team.
The main role of the team is to give a high standard of holistic financial planning to existing clients of the business.
Key Responsibilities
To retain and grow a client bank that will be allocated to you by the business.
Deliver a holistic financial planning service to those clients, clearly defining their financial objectives and drawing together all their financial, tax and legal planning in one place.
Generate client referrals, as well as cross referrals to our in-house tax and legal teams.
Maximise use of the HWM Centralised Investment Proposition.
Work within the compliance framework set by Hoxton WM and the wider regulatory environment.
Key Skills/Experience
QCF Level 4 qualified as a minimum.
Previous Financial Planning experience in a UK regulated firm.
A genuine client first attitude - great client outcomes come before anything else.
Great communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that clients can understand.
Solid core skills -the ability to ask good questions and listen actively/fact find well/use cashflow analysis and other tools to build effective and flexible financial plans.
