Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail‐oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full‐time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents.
  • Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions.
  • Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients.

Qualifications:
