About the Opportunity
Location: Dubai (relocation required) work at the centre of a global business in one of the world’s most dynamic financial hubs. This is not your typical graduate role; it is a high‑performance career launchpad into international wealth management and it is not for everyone. As a Trainee Wealth Manager, you will start by mastering one of the most valuable skills in finance: generating opportunity. You will learn how to build relationships, create deal flow and develop a pipeline of high‑value clients across Hoxton’s specialist areas. From day one, you will be immersed in the industry, gaining exposure to investment strategy, financial planning, client advisory and technical structuring. This is a hands‑on role where performance drives progression. You will begin your journey in Dubai, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, ambitious environment, while completing a structured 24–36 month training programme. This includes earning UK‑recognised financial qualifications and preparing to step into a fully‑fledged advisory role within one of our global offices. For the right person, this role offers rapid career acceleration, international mobility and uncapped earning potential.
What You Will Be Doing
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their current financial situation, goals, and challenges
- Having meaningful conversations to identify whether Hoxton's services can add value
- Booking qualified meetings for senior advisors based on genuine client needs and suitability
- Building trust and long‑term relationships through professional, insightful communication
- Developing your knowledge of financial planning, investment solutions, and cross‑border structuring
- Supporting advisors in delivering tailored strategies aligned to each client's objectives
- Working towards becoming a fully qualified Financial Planner
This is a target‑driven role where consistency is key; you will be expected to secure at least one qualified meeting per day as a minimum standard.
