We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Financial Services Administrator to join our team on a full‑time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role will involve working closely with our financial advisors and clients to ensure the smooth operation of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing client documents
  • Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents for account maintenance and transactions
  • Monitor and update client accounts and transactions in our systems
  • Prepare and distribute reports and statements to clients
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including coordinating events and managing social media accounts
  • Stay up‑to‑date on industry regulations and compliance requirements

Qualifications
