Role Overview
We are hiring 2x recruiters in London, Liverpool, Birmingham, and Manchester to expand our UK presence. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding financial advisors with transferable AUM. This is a targetādriven role where integrity, accountability, and results matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and expand a network of financial advisors across the UK.
- Represent Hoxton Wealth at regular networking events.
- Execute a structured plan of action and deliver measurable results.
- Source and recruit advisors with transferable client assets.
- Maintain an accurate and organised pipeline in the CRM.
- Collaborate with our global recruitment and leadership teams.
- Report regularly on progress against AUM growth targets.
Targets & Expectations
- Deliver a minimum of £50,000,000 in AUM within the first 12 months (quarterly run rate: £12.5M).
- Maintain consistent performance and follow through on commitments.
- Approach recruitment with a longāterm, relationshipādriven mindset.
