We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IFA Administrator to take on a dual role combining advanced administrative support, team leadership, and office management responsibilities. This position is ideal for a professional with at least 5 years' experience in a similar financial services environment who is ready to step into a leadership role while continuing to directly support selected financial advisors. The successful candidate will oversee the London administrative function, ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations, and act as a key point of contact for both advisors and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level administrative support to financial advisors, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of client documentation.
- Directly support one to two senior financial advisors with end‑to‑end client servicing.
- Lead and supervise the London‑based administrative team, providing guidance, oversight, and mentoring.
- Allocate workloads, monitor team performance, and ensure high standards of accuracy and service delivery.
- Manage the full client onboarding and account opening process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Act as a primary escalation point for client queries and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner.
