We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our London Cluster sales team.
Hereâs your opportunity to join one of the fastest growing companies in the UK with a reputation for disrupting the industry. Selling our sought-after hotels, you will gain broad multi-site experience across our four locations to deliver budget expectations and grow market share.
Reporting to the Area Director of Sales â London, weâll look to you to drive some amazing business into Hoxtonâs London portfolio of hotels across all segments with key focus into the meetings and events and groups. This includes The Hoxton Shoreditch, The Hoxton Holborn, The Hoxton Southwark and our newest location, The Hoxton, Shepherdâs Bush.

Job Description
What youâll doâŚ
- Proactively generate new business across meetings, events and groups by working and targeting key domestic and internation DMCâs, TMCâs the Accor brand and GSO.
- Support with total account management across the portfolio of existing accounts to uncover opportunities locally across MICE for The Hoxtonâs London Cluster. This includes building great relationships with some big names and entertaining regularly within the hotels, as well as leading on strategic actions to increase share.
- Work with the Area Director of Sales to prepare and executive creative sales strategies to maximise our revenue opportunities across multiple segments.
- Use initiative to generate new business leads through market research, utilising our tools, liaising with the Global Sales team and the Accor team.
- Get involved in supporting, coaching and mentoring the junior members of the sales team and working closely the Mice manager.
- Pay attention to the commercials and monitor new market trends â absorbing the monthly figures and tweaking sales strategies accordingly to ensure budgets are met throughout the year
- Represent The Hoxton at industry networking events and sales trips.
- Organise show rounds, familiarisation trips, office visits and presentations to enhance The Hoxtonâs exposure amongst âKey Decision Makersâ in the industry
- Utilise the ACCOR systems to maintain up-to-date account information and assess lead opportunities
- Work towards Corporate, Consortia & Group, M&E revenue goals and team KPIs
- Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally
- Support with weekly and monthly reporting, strategy meetings and owners reports
Qualifications

- Someone with at least 2 yearsâ experience in London Hotel sales who can make a quick impact in our team
