We are looking for a Restaurants & Bars Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The Hoxton. We’re looking for a Restaurants & Bars Reservations Supervisor to join our team, overseeing reservations across all four Hoxton London hotels. Based in Southwark, this role is primarily office-based, handling emails and phone calls, but also involves some on-the-ground coordination across our venues.

Set across a series of lively, interesting city neighbourhoods, our London hotels are packed with individual design vibes; whether we’re reviving existing buildings or creating exciting new spaces.
Job Description
What You’ll Do…
- Manage and oversee all restaurant and bar reservations across our four London hotels.
- Handle emails and phone calls efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are managed accurately and professionally.
- Work with OpenTable and SevenRooms to maximise bookings and drive sales.
- Communicate with hotel teams to ensure smooth coordination between reservations and service teams.
- Support the Restaurants & Bars teams by identifying sales opportunities and maximising cover capacity.
- Sell and coordinate exclusive restaurant hires—from securing bookings to working with the teams on planning and execution.
- Provide an exceptional level of guest service, anticipating needs and creating a seamless booking experience.
- Occasionally move around our hotels to check in on operations and support the on-the-ground teams.

- Previous experience in a restaurant reservations role, ideally handling multiple venues.
- Knowledge of OpenTable, SevenRooms, or similar reservation platforms.
