Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaking, stirring and serving in our event spaces, from intimate dinners to weddings, launch parties, and the sort of celebrations people talk about for years. This is a casual, flexible role where you choose the shifts that work for your life, and there may be opportunities to pick up hours elsewhere in the hotel too.
What’s in it for you:
- The flexibility to choose when you want to work, perfect for students, side‑projects, or anyone wanting control over their schedule or juggling other commitments.
- Become part of a team that’s very passionate about creating great hospitality experiences.
- Competitive salary plus holiday pay.
- Food on us during your shift.
- The chance to challenge the norm and work in an environment that is both creative and rewarding.
- Join an innovative, fast‑growing, international group that is shaking things up on the hospitality scene.
What You’ll Do:
- Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to have memorable gatherings.
- Know your drinks and systems inside‑out so service is smooth from the first pour to last call.
- Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
- Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly before, during and after events.
- Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
What We’re Looking For:
- Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here.
- Passion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night.
- You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience.
- You’re not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done.
- You’re up for doing things differently and trying (almost) everything once.
- If we got stuck in a lift together, we’d have a good time and share a few laughs.
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
- Previous bar tending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
- A thirst for knowledge – be it product, service, or everything in between.
