Our mission and why it matters: We are on a mission to make humans the strongest security layer. Human risk remains one of the biggest vulnerabilities and traditional awareness training is not enough. We take a different approach by combining AI-driven personalization, real threat detection, and behavioral science to actively protect people and organizations.
Why this role matters: At Hoxhunt, we transform human behavior into a powerful layer of cyber defense. With a world-class product and over 50% year-on-year growth, we are scaling rapidly across EMEA, and our channel is not just a side initiative, but a core revenue engine. The UK is one of our largest and most established markets in the region, with a strong channel ecosystem and significant momentum through our partners. As our Channel Account Manager for the UKI, you will step into a senior individual contributor role with real commercial ownership and the opportunity to shape the next phase of our channel growth in the region.
Your mission is to grow our partner-driven business across the region: owning and developing our key distribution relationship, deepening strategic partnerships with leading UK channel players such as Softcat and Computacenter, and building new opportunities across the wider partner ecosystem. You will play a central role in making the channel an increasingly powerful growth engine for Hoxhunt.
What You'll Own And Drive:
- Own and grow our strategic channel relationships across the region, focusing your time and investment on the partners with the greatest potential to drive meaningful, sustained revenue.
- Build deep, trusted relationships across our key partners through regular engagement, including frequent meetings and an active presence in partner offices across the UK.
- Translate ambitious regional revenue targets into clear joint business plans and execution priorities.
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to key partners, leading regular business reviews and joint business planning.
- Proactively create partner-sourced pipeline through joint account planning, campaigns, local events, enablement, and other co-selling activities.
- Identify, develop, and accelerate high-value partner-led opportunities, working closely with Account Executives from pipeline creation through to close.
- Own the day-to-day commercial relationship with our key distributor, ensuring strong alignment and effective execution across the wider partner ecosystem.
- Manage deal registrations and deal flow to ensure a seamless partner experience.
- Provide clear visibility into partner performance and revenue outlook while maintaining strong CRM governance.
- Work closely with the wider channel team and leadership to shape and execute our channel strategy in the UKI region, ensuring strong alignment on priorities, processes and ways of working, while partnering effectively with Sales and Partner Success teams.
What Success Looks Like:
- In your first 3 months: Build a strong understanding of our UKI channel ecosystem, priority partners, distributor relationship, and existing pipeline. Establish trusted relationships and regular engagement with key partners, while building strong alignment with the wider Channel team, Sales, and Partner Success on priorities and ways of working. You'll begin identifying and activating the highest-potential opportunities for joint growth.
- By month 6: Have clear joint business plans and active pipeline-generation motions in place with priority partners, with strong engagement across their sales and leadership teams. You'll be generating measurable partner-sourced pipeline, progressing key partner-led opportunities, and establishing a repeatable approach to growing channel revenue across the UKI region.
You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in UK channel sales, gained on the vendor, reseller, or distribution side.
- A strong, established network within the UK channel ecosystem, particularly across cybersecurity and NetSec communities (this is essential).
- Proven success in a quota-carrying sales or channel role with a track record of consistently driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- A highly commercial, proactive approach, with the drive to create net-new business and develop high-value partner relationships.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the network and credibility to open doors, build an active presence within key partner offices, and develop relationships across NetSec specialists, sales teams, and senior stakeholders.
- The ability to operate autonomously and build structure in a fast-scaling environment, while staying closely aligned with a wider, international team.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Bonus Points If You Also:
- Have established relationships with NetSec specialists and sales teams across leading UK IT and cybersecurity resellers.
- Bring scale-up experience or a track record of developing and scaling successful channel motions.
- Have experience in cybersecurity or awareness training solutions.
Who You'll Work With: You will be part of our EMEA Channel team, working closely with Channel leadership and the wider team to shape and execute our channel strategy in the UKI region. You will partner closely with Partner Success and Account Executives to align on opportunities, co-selling motions, and complex partner-led deals.
What You Can Expect From Us:
- Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission (approximately a 60% base/40% variable split). Compensation is guided by our role leveling framework and reflects the scope, responsibilities, and impact of the role, while also taking into account relevant experience and expertise.
- Working ways: This is a remote role based in the UK, with regular travel across the UK for on-site partner meetings and an active presence within key partner offices, plus regular visits to our Helsinki office.
