About the Company
This role is for engineers who are genuinely senior technically but still want to stay close to the code. Not managers pretending to be engineers. Not architects living in diagrams. Not “strategy-only” Staff Engineers. This is a deeply hands-on Staff Engineer role inside a very flat, AI-native product company. We’re partnering with a fast-growing company building an AI-driven analytics platform used by some of the world’s leading e-commerce brands. They’ve already analysed over $14B in media spend and are now scaling the next phase of the platform. The engineering culture is high-bar, fast-moving, and extremely product-focused. This is not a ticket factory role.
About the Role
You’ll work in small autonomous teams shipping product every week across:
