Hi I'm Nelson, the CEO at How Now. I’m looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join us.
- Day-to-day tasks will include
- You’ll establish a scalable, predictable approach to generating net-new business for How Now across the Mid-Market/Enterprise territories.
- You’ll work hand in hand with our marketing team to build your strategy, demonstrating how you will create a healthy, sustainable, and consistent pipeline of opportunities.
You’ll be expected to generate around 30% of your business.
- You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle, demonstrating appreciation for and confidence in selling complex Saa S solutions, from prospecting to demonstrations to contracting.
- You’ll collaborate with marketing on campaigns, nurturing strategies and resources that inspire prospects to want to learn more.
- You’ll network and build influence on social networks, forums, and at in-person events.
- Key things that we will be looking for in applicants
- You’ve sold and closed deals into Mid-Market/Enterprise-level accounts before, with proven success in managing, selling & closing at the leadership/executive level.
- You’ve consistently held and delivered against a sizable quota of approx £500k per annum.
- You have experience selling complex Saa S solutions to L&D and/or HR leaders.
- You understand how to ‘multithread’ deals, prospecting & managing complex/diverse sets of stakeholders in parallel.
- You are passionate and well-informed about the application of AI across Learning & HR technology, and keen to embrace innovation.
- You’re able to confidently demonstrate a scalable sales methodology.
- You love data and its ability to help you to prioritise, plan and learn.
- You’re organised, proficient in using a CRM (Hub Spot), methodical and have a knack for creating compelling business cases for customers.
- You have a growth mindset, love learning, and constantly seek feedback.
- What you’ll get
- Our salaries are calculated using a Saa S benchmarking tool called Figures.
The base salary band for this role is £70,000- £85,000 per annum, with double OTE and a very competitive compensation plan.
- Hybrid working (2x a week in our London office, Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursdays) and flexible working hours.
- Work from anywhere, up to two weeks per quarter.
- Wind-down Fridays.
No meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays, for you to wind down for the weekend.
