HowNow is a Learning and Skills Platform that helps people learn what they need, when they need it. We work with customers on external projects as well as internal initiatives to drive growth and deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed.
- Lead meetings to track progress and address roadblocks.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, design specs, and user manuals.
- Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Monitor project metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; address issues promptly to keep the project on track.
- Guide new clients through onboarding and act as the main technical point of contact, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
- Work with clients to understand needs and translate them into project requirements; collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product improvements.

- Communication and stakeholder management: convey complex information clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.

Desirable: Prince2 Practitioner or PMP Certification.
What you’ll get
- Salary band £53,000–£60,000 with a 10% performance-based bonus.
- Hybrid working (2 days per week in London office: Tuesdays and Thursdays) and flexible hours.
- Work From Anywhere for up to two weeks per quarter.
- Wind-down Fridays: no meetings from 2pm onwards on Fridays.
