Competitive Hourly Rate: from £15.13 per hour (rate inclusive of 17.5% shift allowance) in line with Grading Structure.
Shift: AM Shift 6 am to 2.30 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday early finish 11.30 am.

Our products are used nose to tail on commercial aircraft, as well as on jet engines, industrial gas turbines, automobiles, commercial transportation vehicles, wind turbines, solar power systems, and construction and industrial equipment.
The key activities outlined below represent an overview only of the position of Operator, which is based on site at the Leicester Plant, and should not be seen as a prescriptive list of activities. A flexible and responsive approach to this role is vital, together with the initiative in identifying and focusing on the needs of the business and its customers.
Specific Responsibilities
- To manually insert and fit parts to produce fasteners to strict tolerances.
- To operate various machines in the Production department as required.
- In process fitting of inserts and collars, test and carry out Self Inspection of parts.
- To use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications.
- Self-certification of personal work.
- Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to, taking an active part in root cause analysis.
- Undertake training on various machines required to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace, with the goal of once fully trained being prepared to train others.
- To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.
- Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximize levels of production and quality.

Qualifications
- Must have experience is required in the above skill.
- Experience of working within a busy Manufacturing environment.
- Experience of Assembly process previously.
- Aerospace experience would be advantageous.
