Responsibilities
- £16.89 inclusive of 22.5% shift allowance - Competitive Hourly Rate - skill level dependent and ongoing development through Grading Structure.
- Prime Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park, Excellent Working Conditions, Parking.
- Working Hours: Monday to Tuesday 2.30 pm to 12.30 am, Wednesday to Thursday 2.30 pm to 12.15 am. 15 minute paid break and half an hour unpaid break. Excellent canteen facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Experienced in Hot Forging.
- Set and operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances.
- Supporting in the production areas in the slitting and shot blasting.
- Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace.
- Uses gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications.
- Self certification of your personal work.
- Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
- Responsible for producing SPC charts and records.
- To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.
- Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximise levels of production and quality.
- To adhere to all company EHS requirements and actively participate in the identification and elimination of hazards.
Qualifications
- Previous hot forging experience preferred.
- Experience on hot press, slitter, and shot blasting required.
- Power press training preferred.
