Responsibilities:
- £15.85 operator level inclusive of 15% shift allowance to Setter Operator £17.61 per hour including shift allowance - Competitive Hourly Rate - skill level dependent and ongoing development through Grading Structure.
- Prime Location: Leicester, Meridian Business Park, Excellent Working Conditions, Parking.
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 6 am to 2.30 pm, Friday 6 am to 11.30 am. 15 minute paid break and 30 minute unpaid break. Excellent canteen facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Experienced in Hot Forging.
- Set and operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances.
- Supporting in the production areas in the slitting and shot blasting.
- Undertake to train on all machines to ensure 100% flexibility in the workplace.
- Uses gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications.
- Self certification of your personal work.
- Keep all computer files and manual paperwork accurate and up to date at all times.
- Responsible for producing SPC charts and records.
- To actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
- Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.
- Work as fully flexible team member within the Company to maximise levels of production and quality.
- To adhere to all company EHS requirements and actively participate in the identification and elimination of hazards.
Qualifications:
- Previous hot forging experience preferred.
- Experience on hot press, slitter, and shot blasting required.
- Power press training preferred.
