Responsibilities:
- Operate machines to produce fasteners to strict tolerances.
- Use gauges and measuring equipment to ensure product meets required specifications.
- Actively take part in locally focused, or multi-functional continuous improvement teams.
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standards.
- Work as a fully flexible team member within the company to maximise levels of production and quality.
- Adhere to all quality procedures, taking an active part in root cause analysis.
- Maintain full compliance with Howmet policies and procedures and conduct all activities in accordance with the Howmet Guide to Business Conduct.
- Encourage individuals to demonstrate the Howmet Values.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in Aerospace Manufacturing production.
- Experience in setting heading machinery.
- Experience of working with Titanium, Stainless Steels, Aluminium, Mild Steel.
- Demonstrable planning, organising and prioritising skills.
- High level of EHS knowledge and awareness.
