Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the HR department, directing queries as appropriate to the relevant team member and effectively troubleshooting where possible.
- Provide administrative support for the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent appointments.
- Manage the recruitment of temporary workers liaising with agencies and hiring managers, organising pre-employment medicals and inductions.
- Administration of new starters including right to work checks, onboarding forms and inductions.
- Process all employee changes:
- Drafting all contracts and variation to contract letters.
- Maintaining employee records.
- Processing employee performance reviews.
- Coordinating annual training.
- Processing starters and leavers.
- Coordinate the processes in relation to Occupational Health Referrals and liaise with Managers on recommendations.
- Collate and prepare document packs to support the HR Advisers with casework.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on headcount.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent relevant experience.
- Professional, approachable and consistent.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Process driven with an aptitude for complex processes.
- Excellent IT systems skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, applying diplomacy where needed.
