Responsibilities
- Essential Functions: To support the Secondary Operations Supervisor in supervising team members to ensure that production targets are met in a safe and compliant manner.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Assign tasks and monitor performance, train new employees and support skill development, effectively manage any conduct or performance issues with the support of the Supervisor and/or Departmental Manager.
- Production Management: Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved working with ATD.
