We are seeking an experienced Digital Dental Laboratory Manager to lead our modern, fully digital dental laboratory and oversee fast-paced day-to-day operations. You will manage a team of technicians, maintain exceptional quality standards, and ensure all cases are completed on time and to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all digital workflows, including CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, milling, and scanning
  • Lead, train, and support a team of digital dental technicians
  • Enforce extremely strict turnaround times, ensuring all team members adhere to deadlines
  • Monitor daily schedules, allocate workloads, and proactively prevent delays
  • Collaborate with dentists and clinical partners to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain digital equipment and software to ensure smooth production
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a digital dental laboratory role
  • Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and digital manufacturing processes
