HOWL is a queer creative brand at the intersection of wellness, pleasure, and culture. We run some of London’s biggest queer raves and make award-winning lube, scaling to become a global sexual wellness brand. Our community is deeply engaged, our events sell out, and the brand has real cultural traction. We're stocked in retailers including Ann Summers and partnered with venues like The Standard Hotel. Now we're at the stage where we need to turn that energy into sustained commercial growth - and this hire is central to making that happen.

This is a startup. Things move fast, priorities shift, and we're building the plane as we fly it. That's the point - and it's what makes this role exciting for the right person.

THE ROLE

This is a close-to-the-founder ops role. You'll sit at the centre of the business; keeping the engine running, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, and giving Samuel the headspace to focus on brand, product, and fundraising. You'll own the day-to-day operational infrastructure of HOWL: the data, the systems, the reporting, the logistics. You'll work directly with Samuel and have real visibility across every part of the business.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to be handed a defined job. It's for someone who's energised by the chaos of early-stage, wants to get their hands on the full commercial engine of a brand, and can see a path to Head of Operations or COO from day one. The right person will have startup DNA; they've operated in a fast-moving environment before and know how to build structure without slowing things down.
