We are excited to be recruiting a Sales Negotiator to join our successful Residential Sales team, covering our Lutterworth, Rugby and Daventry offices. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment and enjoys building strong relationships with buyers and sellers. You will play a key role in progressing sales from first enquiry through to completion, while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and registering new applicants
- Matching buyers to suitable properties
- Organising and conducting property viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and applicants
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other third parties
- Achieving daily and weekly sales targets
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the local property market
- Working closely with the Sales Manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities
- Promoting additional services, including solicitors and financial services
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales progression
